Dipti is a sought after speaker on topics like human trafficking, gender bias, social justice issues and more. Dipti's power comes from her deep understanding of humanity and focusing on workability rather than the issue. Her approach is that of building bridges, to understand the issue not as a problem but as a symptom of something deeper and to then come up with solutions that address the root cause. She has a way to connect to the audience member's hearts and inspire them to take action. Her philosophy is simple, love and compassion is the key. In the world of right or wrong, black and white her approach is like a breath of fresh air.

Dipti teaches a myriad of different workshops ranging from acting and writing to personal and professional transformation. She has taught her workshops in shelters, community theaters, universities, private group setting, in person and online.
